R2LP's Pre-K class visits a downtown law firm

On October 22, the 18 four-year-olds in R2LP's pre-kindergarten classroom visited the law offices of Brown Rudnick, a long-time funder of R2LP's AmeriCorps program. Accompanying them was a photographer from The Providence Journal, who captured the trip in pictures and a video.

Seated comfortably in the firm's large conference room overlooking the city, the preschoolers learned a bit about what lawyers do, sang some songs, and enjoyed a special snack. Then it was on to the floor where Brown Rudnick lawyers read from some of their favorite books.
